⚡ Speed Networking: Connect, Collaborate, and Grow

An idea without execution is just a thought. Many great projects die in isolation because the founder couldn’t find the right people to build with. You might have the technical skills but lack the marketing expertise. You might have the vision but need a developer to make it real.

Speed Networking is a focused and efficient system for finding potential collaborators. It’s a dynamic session where you can either pitch your project to find a partner or discover an exciting new venture to join. It is designed to help you find peers, collaborators, and inspiration in a few minutes at a time.

How It Works

Briefing Room: All participants start together in a single space where the rules and schedule are explained. You’ll learn how to move between discussions, how long each round lasts, and how to make the most of your time.
One-on-One Conversations: You’ll rotate through private rooms, meeting a new participant every few minutes. Each room is designed for two participants, so everyone gets a focused, distraction-free conversation.
Discussion Prompts: Each round comes with a prompt or question to get the conversation flowing. You’ll explore personal growth, challenges, or ideas — and learn about your partner’s experiences and skills.
Time & Rotation: After each round, a timer signals the end, and you move to the next participant. This continues until everyone has had the chance to meet multiple people.
Wrap-Up: At the end, participants return to the main room to share key insights, potential collaborations, or connections worth following up on.

Imagine you’re planning a side project and need someone skilled in design. During Speed Networking, you meet a participant who is a designer and shares his experience. You exchange ideas and identify ways to collaborate — all in a short, structured conversation. By the end of the session, you’ve connected with multiple potential collaborators who are motivated, trustworthy, and action-oriented.

Who Should Join

Any member of Still Rebooting looking to expand their network, find help for their personal projects, explore new opportunities, or practice connecting with ambitious peers. You don’t need a project yet — just show up curious and ready to engage and if you do — then that’s perfect.

Outcome

After participating, you’ll have made meaningful connections, discovered new ideas, and identified people who can push you forward in your personal and professional growth. Each session is designed to create lasting value in minutes — a shortcut to high-quality networking and collaboration. In order to build real trust and strong connections beyond online introductions you’ll have the opportunity meet them in the Still Rebooting bootcamps.

Currently, Speed Networking is hosted once a month but it will be more frequent as the community grows.

Each table is designed to encourage actionable discussions, networking, and learning. You can post questions or topics to spark discussion, offer your skills or experiences to help others, find members to collaborate on projects or even explore personal growth topics with constructive peer feedback.

First Monthly Mondays (FMM) is a monthly ritual where the community becomes tangible. It’s where you witness the group’s collective momentum, see the faces of the men who are in the trenches with you, and get a direct, unfiltered view of our trajectory—past trips, future opportunities, and shared wins. Participating in FMM is how you go from being a member in the community to being an integral part of it.
