By purchasing a membership to Still Rebooting, you agree to the following terms:

1. Nature of Service

Still Rebooting is a community-based membership that provides digital content, community interaction, personal growth challenges, and occasional opportunities to participate in real-life meetups or projects.
Access to specific trips and Fully Funded opportunities is not guaranteed.

2. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of this membership and the community it grants access to, your membership fee is non-refundable under all circumstances — including but not limited to dissatisfaction, change of mind, lack of usage, or unmet personal expectations.

We reserve the right to remove any member at our sole discretion if their presence disrupts the space, violates Code of Conduct or goes against the spirit of this project. In rare cases, a refund may be issued — solely at our discretion.

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

3. Community Disclaimer

Your experience depends on your level of participation. While we encourage connection and growth, we do not guarantee any particular outcomes, friendships, or psychological transformations.

4. Event Liability

For in-person events, including Fully Funded or independently organised trips, Still Rebooting is not liable for injuries, theft, delays, or any incidents during travel.
Participation is at your own risk. All members are solely responsible for arranging and maintaining their own travel insurance. We do not provide any insurance coverage.

Additional waivers may be required to sign for each event.

5. No Professional Advice

All content is for general inspiration only. Nothing within Still Rebooting constitutes psychological, medical, financial, or legal advice. Please consult professionals when needed.

6. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to change, update, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice. Members will be notified of major changes that affect access or rights.

Any disputes will be governed by the laws of Lithuania.
In the highly unlikely case of legal matters, you agree to resolve all of them in the courts of Vilnius.

8. Data Privacy

We collect only essential information to maintain your account and community participation.

9. Code of Conduct

Still Rebooting is a community built on respect, authenticity, and growth. All members agree to abide by the following standards:

  • No Disruption: Behaviors that intentionally disrupt the community experience or create a hostile environment will lead to immediate removal.
  • Privacy Matters: Do not share personal information of other members without explicit consent.
  • Authenticity Required: Be genuine and honest in your participation. Misrepresentation or dishonesty undermines the trust we build here.
  • Take Responsibility: We expect members to take ownership of their behavior and the energy they bring to the group.
  • No Spam or Promotion: Unsolicited advertising or spamming is strictly prohibited.
  • Community Alignment: Members must respect the community’s purpose and identity. Those who consistently undermine the group’s spirit may be removed.

Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct may result in suspension or permanent removal from the community — without refund.
